South Queensferry After School Activities
Join us for After School Adventures – an exciting outdoor programme of After School Activities for P1–P7s based in the green spaces of South Queensferry.
We offer a school pickup and a ‘walking bus’ from Echline and Queensferry Primary Schools. With a convenient meeting point currently based at The Queensferry Sports and Community Hub. Packed with nature-based activities, games, and exploration! The perfect way for children to unwind after school, have fun, and connect with the outdoors.
P3-P7 sessions – Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
New P1 + P2 sessions for August 2026!!! – After the success of our P3+ sessions, we are delighted to announce we are starting P1+P2 sessions for the start of the new school year. Sessions for P1’s and P2’s will run on the following days while we assess the demand for this younger offering:
Queensferry Primary – Wednesday. | Echline Primary Thursday
New location – We are excited to start basing our session at The 21st Craigalmond (South Queensferry) Scout Group in August 2026. Their fantastic enclosed garden and outdoor cooking area gives us the perfect safe space for our younger adventurers to enjoy nature-based games and activities. With easy access to toilets and indoor space if required, we can flexibly meet everyone’s needs while staying true to our ethos of outdoor learning!
Weather & Facilities:
While we aim to spend as much time outdoors as possible, we also have access to indoor spaces when required. In August 2026 when our P1+2 sessions start, we will have regular access to The Scout Hall in Port Edgar Marina when needed – perfect for shelter, games, and warm-up breaks during poor weather.
